Fund Updates
As of date: December 18, 2007
- Mavrix Canada Fund merged into Mavrix Income Fund on
June 26, 2008.
Each unit of Mavrix Canada Fund Class A (MAV106, MAV206 and MAV506) received
0.596667 unit of Mavrix Income Fund Class A (MAV113, MAV213 and MAV513).
Each unit of Mavrix Canada Fund Class F (MAV726) received 0.597588 unit of
Mavrix Income Fund Class F (MAV733).
- Mavrix Diversified Fund merged into Mavrix Income Fund on June 26, 2008.
Each unit of Mavrix Diversified Fund Class A (MAV101, MAV201 and MAV501)
received 0.710001 unit of Mavrix Income Fund Class A (MAV113, MAV213 and
MAV513).
Each unit of Mavrix Diversified Fund Class F (MAV721) received 0.713816 unit
of Mavrix Income Fund Class F (MAV733).
- Also note that on June 27, 2008, the Mavrix Income Fund will change its
name to Mavrix Balanced Monthly Pay Fund. The fund’s investment objective
remains the same and the monthly distribution of $0.075/unit will continue.
