T5013A/R15 for Mavrix Resource Limited Partnerships	Your Investment Dealer will mail these receipts to you in late March 2008 based on the information provided by Mavrix. Mavrix strives to provide this information to Investment Dealers as early as possible. However, under the law, the mining companies that Mavrix LP’s invested in have a deadline of March 31 to provide us with the necessary forms required to prepare T5013A/R15 receipt information. This usually prevents T5013A/R15 receipts from being available prior to the end of March or later.

T5013/T5013A - Additional Issue Cost Deductions for the 2004/2005 Limited Partnerships	T5013A/T5013 forms issued by your dealer may not contain the 'issue cost' information' located in the 'notes' section of the form. These additional tax credits are applicable to Limited Partnerships in their final and subsequent tax years. These tax credits pertains to the Mavrix 2004 and 2005 LP's. If not already provided in your T5013A/T5013 please use the applicable letters (below) for your tax returns.
